• Membership in a group is subject to approval. Groups are designed around industry-exclusive seats, and we decide how industries are defined and assigned.
• Members are expected to attend weekly meetings, participate in good faith, and support the accountability standards of their group.
• We may decline, suspend, or end a membership or event participation for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts a group.

Code of Conduct

Every meeting is meant to be a safe space to practice and grow. By participating you agree to:

• Treat other members, guests, and venue staff with respect, without insult, ridicule, harassment, or discrimination.
• Keep information shared in group exercises and discussions confidential.
• Not use member lists or contact information for unsolicited mass marketing or spam.

Events, Reservations, and Payments

• Event dates, times, and venues are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of changes.
• Fees for events, memberships, or trainings are shown at the time of purchase and are processed by a third-party payment processor.
• Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, we will offer a refund or a credit toward a future event.
• Food and drinks at partner venues are your responsibility unless included in your ticket.

We work hard to create valuable connections and trainings, but groups vary in talent, work ethic, and discipline. We do not guarantee any specific number of referrals, sales, revenue, or business results. Business dealings between members are solely between those members.
