Our Vision

Iron Sharpens Iron is our mantra, our banner, or our call to arms. We believe the stronger we become as individuals, the more value that we share and add to others in our business, to our family, and most importantly to our community.

Our Mission

Here at Sweet Networking, we believe in both traditional values and in an old school philosophy when it comes to business and to winning. In the center of all this is our belief about Iron Sharpens Iron Philosophy. When this has been expressed in various settings some folks have found it to be corny or weird at first. But through this belief we have seen great successes in both professional and personal lives.

One additional comment needs to be made and that is, each and every meeting is a safe space for folks to practice and to grow without insult or ridicule. Which means, in our meetings there will be group exercises that will challenge an individual or a group to open up, these exercises are meant for growth.

Disclaimer: keep in mind not all groups are equal in terms of talent, work ethic, or discipline. But utilizing what we believe are best practices we feel that we can have a positive impact on anyone's bottom line especially if they are open to change and grow as an individual.
